May I ask a question? I have got a Marantz SR1000, it works fine after fixing the powersupply, but if I connect a source at AUX und switch off the amplifier or unplug powercord, it still plays music for more than 10 seconds...is this standard at this model or something to be fixed? I replaced already all 3 semiconductors and Elkos at muting board and at powersupply too, but no change. So I like to know if this behavior works as designed or do I have to do more investigations...thank you so much! But now I do not know how to proceed...
So if anybody has got a SR 1000 or SR810, it would be nice to test if when source is AUX and you switch off the receiver if ist still plays music until the Elkos of the Amplifier board are empty (10sek)... this Receiver has got no relais for the speakers, the mutingmodul just shortens the NF input for the amplifier.
