Ik kan een Marantz SR 4500 receiver kopen. Deze wil ik gebruiken om een 5.1 sattelietsysteem (Infinity Orfheus) op aan te sluiten.
Kan ik de 2 uitgangen die overblijven dan gebruiken om mijn bestaande Wharfedale boxen aan te sturen t.b.v. radio en cd te beluisteren ?.
Dus zonder de 5.1 !!

Omdat ik vandaag of uiterlijk morgen moet beslissen, zou ik een snelle reactie zeer op prijs stellen, waarvoor bij voorbaat dank.

hoi, en welkom

volgens mij kan dit niet, ik ken de 4500 niet maar de 7 is vaak een mix van de achter signalen en kan dan niks doen met een stereo bron als voor kanalen

heb even de manual gedownload en het kan wel 
het is mogelijk om de surround back kanalen te gebruiken als "B" kanaal voor

SPEAKER B SYSTEM
The Surround Speaker B system is a function which
allows you to listen to the same source in a room
other than the room in which the SR4500 is located.
The operations possible with the Surround speaker
function are explained briefly below.

ANOTHER ROOM PLAYBACK USING
THE S(SURROUND) SPEAKER B
TERMINALS

The SR4500 allows you to connect another set of
speakers and place them in a another room or
separated area for listening to music.
The SURROUND SPEAKER B system can not be
operated with the supplied remote controller.
1. Press the S(Surround) SPEAKER B button.
The unit enters surround speaker B mode and
the ?SPKR B? will appear on the display.
2. The volume of S. SPEAKER B is interlocked
with the main volume.
Notes for SURROUND SPEAKER B
? SURROUND SPEAKER B On/ Off is available in
main room only.
? SURROUND SPEAKER B output terminals can
be used when the SURROUND BACK SPEAKER
is set NONE in SPEAKER SETUP menu. (See
SPEAKER SETUP, page 18)
? ?The Surr. Back Speakers are in use? is displayed
by pressing the S. SPEAKER B button when the
SURROUND BACK SPEAKER is set except
NONE in SPEAKER SETUP menu. (See
SPEAKER SETUP, page 18)
? Surround Speaker B function is unavailable,
while the unit is 7.1 CH input mode.

Hallo,

Op onderstaande site staat een test van o.a. de SR5500 en daar staat iets over multiroom (naar beneden scrollen). Ik weet niet of er veel verschil is tussen de SR4500 en SR5500.

als je een B aansluitng hebt is het gewoon mogenlijk

stereo aanzetten dus geen surround  en speaker A af en klaar
