I am having problems with my MCR612, my HEOS account disappears. If I try to enter the created ID and login, I am rejected. Does anyone know where I can get help?

Tak, men det er prøvet og hjælper ikke. Jeg har dog opdaget at HEOS app på min telefon virker på den ene af de to MCR612 jeg har.
